AT2Sage was developed to make it easy to copy your invoices from Autotask to Sage Accounts 50.

In our business we use Sage Accounts 50 for our invoicing and Autotask for our ticketing system. Like many other businesses we can produce hundreds of invoices every month, to do this manually would be very time consuming and expensive.

What we needed was a software program to download these charges from Autotask and create them in Sage Accounts automatically for us – Autotask and Sage both give access to their data for developers to build such solutions so we knew this was possible.

A bit of research found a solution that was already available to do this, although after testing we found this did not integrate as well as we hoped. So we decided to build our own.

Although we initially built AT2Sage for use in our own business, we found many other companies interested in the program. So, with a bit of work and help from Autotask and Autotask users we have made AT2Sage available to anyone who uses Autotask and Sage Accounts.

AT2Sage has been a great success with the majority of Sage/Autotask users now using the software to sync their invoices.  We’ve had some fantastic feedback from our users, we’ve listed some of this below:

We email our invoices for recurring contracts and chargeable labour from Autotask, whilst still raising other invoices in Sage. AT2Sage transfers the Autotask-generated invoice numbers to Sage, which means we can easily identify which invoices have come from Autotask, and which come from Sage.
