AT2Sage Download Invoices Error

The recent Autotask API update has broken the connection between Autotask and AT2Sage for some of our customers.  We contacted Autotask on the 24th December 2011 to notify them of this bug although we have yet to receive a response.

We have informed Autotask that this bug is critical and will update this post when we hear back.
