Item Codes

upSync will create products and services using the Billing Code from Autotask as the Item Code. All products and services sold through Autotask fall under a Billing Code, these can be added and deleted in the Autotask Admin portal.

Line Item Name

upSync will copy the line item name as it appears on the Autotask invoice. To edit the format of the line item name you must change the default invoice template within Autotask.

Xero supports line item names up to 50 characters long, if the name exceeds this length upSync will trim characters from the end of name.
